Thomas, a 3rd generation financial consultant, founded TJ Collins, Chase & Co. to serve the financial needs of families throughout central Wisconsin in 2008 after a 10 year private sector career working with Guardian - New York, NY and Northwestern Mutual - Milwaukee, WI. He began his career in 1998 during his undergraduate years at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. In 2014 the business added consulting services, focused on increasing revenue streams for central Wisconsin businesses, in addition to retirement income planning for families and individuals. In 2017, due to unprecedented growth, the business was incorporated. Today, the business continues to serve the needs of businesses and consumer clients. Since 2014, Thomas has helped local businesses secure over $45 million in business contracts, in the civil infrastructure, defense and aerospace industries. In 2022 he was honored by NASA for his contributions to the Artemis program, securing a multi-million dollar contract to upgrade NASA's crawler transporter to a local business in Wausau, WI. Thomas' talent in communication and business contract negotiations compliments his unwavering commitment to provide best-in-class service to the firm's private clientele. His passion is providing financial solutions that endeavor to help the firm's clients enhance their business and retirement income streams. He resides with his wife Andrea and their two children in the Lake Dubay area.
